Something positive.....
 

Hiya UK chicks!
I was walking the retriever and our scrumptious Jack Russell puppy through the woods yesterday it was raining ( no change there) and there was hardly anybody around.
I had a very strange...one might say alien sensation......it grew and grew and I realsied what it was CONTENTMENT!!! My body likes me because I am finally being nice to it!
Despite still having a long way to go I think that this was my body's way of saying....yep....finally you got it! Like the Yakult advert!!!

Love this post - I have forgotten what that feeling is like, but I hope to follow in your footsteps in the not too distant future!

This is a lovely post. So much of weight loss (or mine, anyway) tends to focus on lbs lost, inches lost, the scale, pushing through etc.

Definitely a reinforcement we are all doing the right thing!
