Hi I'm back
I have decided and know this is the right time for me to shed the weight. This is my third time here so third time lucky :yes:
No more diets and no more calorie counting I get fixated on it and life becomes one long round of foods I can't have. I end up miserable and moody and everything becomes a calorie nightmare. So instead I am using a smaller plate divided up like this 1/4 Protein 1/4 Carbs 1/2 Vegetables. Casseroles, Stews, Spag Bol and other things like that I use 1/2 the plate and fill the rest with Salad or cooked vegetables. I eat fruit and cut down on sugary foods some I have cut out altogether. For me this works. Exercise has always been my downfall but I am working on it. So here I am ready to get the weight off see you around :) |

Good luck with your weight loss. I can't do much exercise as I had a bad ankle break last year, but I'm trying to walk more which adds up and at least I'm moving around. Hope the plate method works for you. |
Thanks Chocmonster2012 have you tried Chair Exercises they are really good and will not stress your ankle. Not sure if we are allowed to add links to some chair exercies I do here msybe someone could tell me as I don't want to break the rules.
