Anyone else on South Beach Diet?

I've been hanging out on the SBD board but just wondered if there was anyone in the UK on it?

I'm loving it so far, but it would be great to have a buddy in the same time zone!

Hmm I Might be -!! On Dukan at the moment but South Beacj allows red wine so I may beo over to you if I dont get on with Dukan!!!

Me, I started on Monday. Got through the worst of the detox and am feeling much better. Don't know if I have lost any weight but feel happy to be making a positive change for myself.
