Looking for Beck Diet Buddy

Currently looking for a Beck Diet buddy. Need to lose 20 kg after getting diabetes and hypertension, and definitely need a diet for life!

Is there anybody out there who would like to team up?

I am a 41 year old research student writing up my PhD with way too much time to procrastinate and snack!

Hi Ixixe,

Beck diet solution is the one i want to follow too.
I haven't yet purchase the book so I don't think I will be a good companion yet. Do you have the book?
I am 35 years old, working mother of two and basically no time for anything!! :)
I think there is a forum for the Beck diet solution, but because I am new in here I haven't checked further.
Let me know if I can be usefull to something.
