fat content in foods
 
When trying to work out the fat content in something, do you just count the saturated fats or the whole thing? eg. 5g which saturates into 2.5g?

Please advise!

Definately the whole thing.The higher in fat the worse it is regardless of what fat it is, although of course saturated is the worst.
