Hey there girls - my name is Jo and I am a bit new to things like this.. ;)
I am 27 years old - am T1 diabetic and am starting an experiment to see what diets/plans will help me lose weight.. am doing this with a colleague starting with South Beach Diet on the 9th of this month.. wish me luck xx
