Hello - im new - on the dukan
Hey everyone,
I started the duken diet yesterday (day 2 attack out of 5 days), and i know somethign ishappening and i am in a FOUL mood and my head feels like its being squeezed. They say to keep your fluids up, which i am and to avoid strenuous exercise. Which is where i have a problem... I play competitative sports and tonight i have a friendly game to play. If i don't play then i won't get to captain my team this Saturday. I know it sounds like my priorities are all off but i have worked so hard to get on this team and i hope i will be ok... blah. Besides that, its been... ok. I really am not eating much, but theres only so much i can do with yoghurt, meat, cottage cheese and tuna.... Perhaps it will be easier in a day or two. But if anyone else is on this diet, i welcome the support, I do have PMT which could be why i am a bit lacklusture. I have 40lbs to lose guys, i am in for one **** of a ride! Kabama xxx |

Im on day 4 of a 5 day attack phase...
i am so very grumpy today!! but, ive lost 5lbs so far this week. Good luck!! Keep eating that protein! :) |
