Ok ok. Whats 5lbs. Nothing compared to you that have lost 20lbs etc. But seriously, i havnt seen the scales move one tiny bit for a looooong time. Unless there moving up lol.. Very very happy. And very very pleased with myself!! Lol.. Definetly given me the motivation to keep going! So how did you feel when you weighed yourself for the first time and saw that you had lost weight!? Xxx
5lbs is Great! Its a big accomplishment. Keep up the work. My first weight in I was happy because I lost 3 pounds I was still happy. Congrats. I cant seem to loose 5lbs in a week, I would be escatic.
I felt amazing after my week one weigh in I had lost 7 pounds. On week two I had lost another 3.6 pounds. It is shockingly easy to lose weight on this diet. I had been working out for 3-4 months and only dropped 2 pounds. I am not even at week 3 and I have lost so much.
Congrats, and its strange but when you start to lose weight, it actually motivates you to lose more - almost like you get a taste for losing it. So when you are having one of those days just think how hard you worked to get that loss and keep the chin up. Good luck with it anyway and stick with it.
