Teel I am jealous a gardener, send him over when you're done.
I have been working like a trojan on my garden, have dug up half the grass at the back where my new patio is going to go, boys depending I hope to get it finished next week, then it's onto lifting the slabs that are currently there.
I had a rubbish day yesterday, was doing an office move at work, we closed down one office and moved all the IT kit in to the main one. Took ages, and was fair exhausted when I got home.
Today is not bearing up much better, had a massive breakfast and a reasonable lunch. Am hoping to get a few things done this afternoon and leave here with a few things sorted out.
One word to decribe how I am feeling today about my dieting. healthy eating and exercise. STRUGGLING !!!!!!
but I will find my willpower and win through. Brought two big bottles of raspberry flavoured water to get me through the afternoon
off to find that willpower

Am going to have a pizza and get it out of my system. Tomorrow I will exercise like I never had before to build some muscles and burn it off.
Am stress eating at the moment, will all be over and done with by the middle of next week - hopefully !!!!

Good evening! I do hope this post "takes"...last night I wrote a huge post on the Diet Trials thread and hit the submit button....and nothing happened and yes I lost it all to the great hole in cyber-sky
Smiling Sal, I have been meaning to compliment you on your lovely photo I saw the other day in the rogues gallery. You have a lovely soft face and gorgeous hair and you know your kind and gentle persona comes flooding over the screen. So, please Sal, go find that heap of will power that is hiding in the attic and in the cupboard under the stairs at the moment and see the pounds melting off as you get on with being OP again....
You CAN do it and we are all right there with you, so here is a big (((HUG))) to get you re-focused.
I saw my dietician today and we are both delighted to inform the world that I have hit my first big target of losing 21lbs.YIPEE! I NEVER thought I would do it and it has taken an absolute age but I am very, very pleased. Now I want to continue and have set myself another target of losing 14lbs, not in any set time but just to lose it and not put any on, which has always been the problem in the past.
Hellos and hugs to cat90, tq, britinNJ nad everyone else who is popping in!

How is everyone this weekend? i am trying to plan a menu that will allow me to have a few beers with hubby this evening and that is hard to do..maybe i'll have rum + diet coke tonight instead not sure if i will save much tho' the last 2 days have averaged about 2000 cals way too much but my tummy has been rumbling later in the day and i hate that..its something i'm not used to i don't know why either because with that calorie count i'm obviously eating enough..i think i might do better eating when i start to 'feel' hungry instead of eating because its 'time' to eat..that way i might have enough calories to make it through the day without any rumblings..hope you are having a good weekend.

HI girls, Teel, glad to hear your good news, hope you are feeling so much better again now. Ali, well done on that loss, and anyone else who managed one this weigh in.
I had a party night on Friday, whole BIG bottle of wine (shared with a friend of course) and vodka jello shots (don't know how many cos was quite tiddled after inhaling them).
Got back on plan yesterday though, and had a hangover which was not nice and hubby found my misery extremely funny all day long.
Have a great week everyone.

I'm trying my hardest to stay on track today..i've done my exercise and i'm just making dinner..my tummy is rumbling and i keep looking at a bag of licquorice sticks (trying not to take one, or two ) i've even grabbed a can of diet coke to fill me up with gas so i can hang on a bit longer it works until i burp
hope everyone is doing O.K.

Cat90 you take a super picture and I am so glad you are not holding something terrifically virtuous in your hand! But you will make lots of folk very envious...I have to confess I actually go for pints of lager-shandy, preperably made with Carlsberg and lemonade, and drunk icecold in a lovely pub garden on a beautiful summers evening..mmmmmm excuse me a moment.... hee hee.
Suffolk is hiding under a rain cloud this morning, bah hoo!Hope it is nicer where ever everybody else is and that you are all well.
Love from Teel
p.s. thought I'd have a new avatar to herald in the spring, all pretty, and bursting with colour.

Teel...i hate having my pic taken it must have been the lager that made me smile (really it was the great day out i was having with my daughter) i could just go for that shandy myself sat in a lovely beer garden in summer..can't beat it i'm happy to say that although rain was forecast we've had a reasonably sunny day..i can't wait for the warmer weather and light nights Grand
