Hello girls

Hope all is well, have been trying to catch up with posts and all your news, your all doing very well, unlike myself, who after a week in Ireland is the size of a small bungalow. I will weigh myself on Thursday and get the damage. Went for a lovely walk today as I'm off till Thursday, but had a calorific pub lunch and then this evening continued to eat lovely Irish choccy.

Anyway I'm going shopping tomorrow for my meals so I can get organised again.

I am not doing so good at this at the moment and feel a bit of a failure.

Girl don't be so hard on yourself I'm sure the damage won't be that much.

What you getting for shopping then anything nice?

Ahhh thanks Honey for your kind words, I've not even made it to the shops going when my husband gets in as I don't drive.

I am just going to buy lots of lovely salad stuff, balsalmic vinegar that kind of a thing and I am going to make a quorn chilli.

How are things going with you, loving that sparkly 16lbs

It's going great hun almost done with my journey, been dieting for a while now and I leaned so many different things that I hope will stay with me.

Don't forget to buy some low fat yogurts and cheese's, oh and skimmed milk.
