hi people,
im on here to get some support in my bid to lose a couple of stone...
i managed to lose 10lbs in the 3 months before xmas, i re-started my diet last monday and have managed to lose the 3lbs i put on over the festive season. (naughty profiteroles, pigs in blankets and puddings!)
it looks like a really friendly forum and i'm hoping to meet some diet buddies for mutual support and to listen to the occasional rant!

Hello Nomorepodge love that name, welcome to the group, don't be fooled by my profile and signature. I have fallen off the wagon this past couple of years originally lost over five and have gained I think about two and a half back not sure because I havent got on the scales yet psyching myself up to it!!!

I am sure we shall all be a great support to each other in our battle to return to slimdom
