hi everyone!

just want to introduce my self - im shmoo and live in yorkshire at the moment. I joined this forum aged 18 and lost nearly 41/2 stone myself. But now am 23 and due to falling back into bad habbits over the last year and a half im now 5 stones heavier. Dreadfull - iknow!

So - ive decide to rejoin this forum to kick start my weight loss this new year n to be motivivated and inspired by everyone in this forum!

goal weight by the end of the month - 117 kg ( 1 stone off - fingers crossed)

Me to i havent been here since about 2007 i got pregnant with my son in 2008 and havent thought about weight loss since been to busy but this year i wanna lose as much as i can as i wanna have another baby wanna start off smaller rather than larger and get larger, thats the plan anyway
