Ok I have one it has an inbuilt computer on it. However, the calorie counter is based on an average weight of 110lbs. However, I am curretnly 256lbs. I have had a look round but can't find anywhere that includes the strider on the exercise calorie counter. Anyone got any ideas??

Nope have no idea sorry - am a bit jealous that you have one just sitting there waiting to be used.

I used to have an exercise bike until I over worked it and it went to the big bike heaven in the sky.

What about fitday.com - it has calorie rates for different exercise, think you put in how much you weigh and the time and it does the rest.

Hubby has bought me it for christmas. It's had plenty of use, just want a more accurate way of working out how many calories I am using.
