Hello Everyone, I'm from Manchester and would love to get some help with losing weight, my problem is I hate veg lol I've got the wii fit to help with exercise, but I'm one of these people who gives up to quickly, but hoping with your help I can stay motivated xx

We're a bit quiet at the moment but I am sure we will get a bit busier with the New Year.

We have usually have a monthly 'challenge' thread where some of us weigh in each week to chart our progress. You can include weight and exercise minutes, etc.

Keep an eye out for a thread called somethin suitably New Yearish and leap in!

If that doesn't sound good just keep on posting, when we get going we're quite friendly :D

I think lot of people are facing same problem like cleo. Its not so easy to do. Hope we will got some good suggestion from experienced member.
