I've been noticing recently that I'm often hungry on my diet (slimming world) and that the free foods often don't fill me up. Like I feel like I've eaten a lot of watery foods, but nothing that satisfies my appetite.
I know fatty foods can make you feel full
, but since that's what I'm trying to avoid, I was wondering what I should go for instead. High fibre foods, high protein foods, just as much fruit and veg as I can??? 
I think the wintery weather is causing me problems, I wasn't hungry like this in the warm weather. I feel like I should be wrapping up warm and eating hearty meals!

I'm looking for some inspiration after eating way over what I should have last week, and not getting it back under control this week either. I went to Boots and weighed myself earlier to prepare for class tonight, and it looks like I've got a 3lb gain over the fortnight.
