UK Newbie introduction!

Hi everyone,

Just a quick post on my first day of joining.

Thought the support of online community may boost the willpower! Weight had gradually creeped up over last 3 years by 3 stone ahhhh!

Realisation set in now I can no longer fit into the vast majority of my wardrobe :o

Hoping for the best...:D
