Back again
 

Hello all, some of you may remember me as Topmonkey from a few years ago. My weight has been yo yoing up and down for the past few years and a couple of months ago my dr referred me to Weight Watchers. I've lost about a stone and half, since I've been on it. I'm now at 14st 13 which is the lowest I've been in a few years - my highest was near 19st a couple of years ago. 2 more stone and I will be very happy :)

Anyway, feels good to be back, and I hope that the weight stays off this time :)

Well welcome back! I'm comparatively a newbie, 4 weeks to your 4 years.
