Low Cal Treats

I've been reading the thread in Calorie Counters about low cal treats and I got a bit jealous about all the things that aren't available to us here in Blighty and/or the ROI, so I thought we could have our own thread.

I'll start with Wall's Mini Twister Chocolate lollies, which are 40 calories of chocolate and caramel loveliness...

Do you have anything wonderful to add?

A treat that surprised me was Hartley's new low cal jellies in grown-up flavours. They're less than 10 calories and 0 WW points each but they're really tasty.

Also the Skinny Cow hot chocolate is nice for a low cal chocolate treat.

Those little cremosa lollipops are lovely and even good for your teeth apparently, not bad for 27 calories.

I LOVE mini milks - the milk ice lollies, they're around 30cals and are so damn sweet yummm

Sanck a jacks popcorn if you can find it! Less than 50 cals for the salted or salt and vinegar ones.

Kelloggs new fibre Plus bars - dark choc (my fave) or milk for only 116 cals and they are soooooo yummy

Activia yoghurt single pots frozen - Activia freezes properly unlike other brands - which makes a delicious dessert for about 70 cals

Alpen light bars - around 65 cals, the fudge ones are really good

Weetabix bars- around 70 cals

Babybel mini goat's cheeses - 60 cals for one but soooo worth it

I agree with the Aplen snack bars, they are gorgeous and very low calorie

I love the alpen bars too. They're much lower cal than a lot of other cereal bars and the summer fruits flavour (61 cals) is super tasty.

I'm also enjoying having cadbury's mini eggs on sale at the moment. They work out about 16 cals each and I like them for chocolate cravings. Plus they make me feel like a kid ;)

:carrot: yay for alpen bars

i like the pink n white jammies..i know some people think they like cardboard but i enjoy them as a treat...only 55 cals each.

I find things like freddos and the mini fudge bars good for chocolate cravings. They only have 100 calories a bar!

sh3l5 02-19-2010 03:15 AM

Oh and muller light fat free yogurts, especially the vanilla and dark chocolate sprinkles pot.... Something like 86 calories!

puzzledpenguin 02-19-2010 09:36 AM

Defiantly seconding the Muller yogurts! I like the Chocolate Sprinkes and the Banana & Custard.

How could I have forgotten chomps and curly wurlys?

karen36 02-19-2010 05:52 PM

oooh i didnt know freddos were only 100 cals :T

sh3l5 02-22-2010 04:41 AM

yep freddo chocolate is 100 calories or just under, a fudge bar is 110 calories. :)
