I'm in the north of England and just starting the Metabolism Miracle, any one else from UK on this one coz I could really use some help.

Have never heard of it i'm afraid...please feel free to post some info on it, or if you have any links to info.

Have to say that the name of and in itself doesn't sound to promising, miracles just don't exist when it comes to diets!!!

I bought the book and was really disappointed, it said nothing that Arthur Agatston, the author of The South Beach Diet, hadn't said years before. Having said that the modified low carb principle has been really good for me.
