Hello, newbie here.
 

Hi, there. Have posted in the introduction forum, but thought I would post here as well. I'm Marci, a 40 year old sahm. I'm an American (who also has UK citizenship), who has been living in South Devon for over 5 years with my English hubby and our 2 daughters (one is 4 1/2, the other 10 1/2 months). Hubby has been in the Royal Marines for over 25 years.

I lost almost 60lbs with Slimming World a few years ago, but quit when I got pregnant with my youngest, and proceeded to gain practically all my weight back. I, unfortunately, can't afford to attend any weight loss groups at the moment, nor have the time, but have began last week attempting to eating the healthy way, and using the proportion controls I learned doing SW. Have lost almost 4lbs in the first week.

Anyway, looking forward to getting to know everyone! xx

Welcome to 3FC, good luck with your weight loss, I'm sure you'll get to your ideal weight soon! I'm also a fellow SW follower, so we can share any recipe ideas that we adore. I have a few of the recipe books so feel free to ask me for anything you're craving and I'll post them up for you!
