OH MY GOD!

Despite treats and alcohol I have lost 2lbs over the last week. This means I have now lost 3 stone in total. I weighed several times this morning as didn't quite believe what I was seeing. I am now 259.

I'm chicken too, Ellie!!! I can feel that I'm all bloated. I didn't eat *that* much for Christmas dinner, it was just the attack on my sister's homemade truffles that did it! Oops!

hi ladies! i'm finally back online! woohoo! and i met my target today! 158lbs! and a size 14!

It came off slowly but surely this month (even with me treating myself to a large amounts of chocolate!) so i'm very pleased :)

I was worried about getting on the scales on boxing day but somehow, despite eating like a gannet i only put on 1lb! Twas a Christmas miracle!

It is however my daughter's first birthday today and i'm throwing her a party this afternoon.. which means sandwiches, and cake and other badbadbad things... so i'm going to have to make sure i don't sneak back up the scale before new year!

well my final weigh in for the end of 2009 is 158 (so close to being under 11 stone!) which was 8lbs for December.. which i'm both pleased and surprised about!

I have 10lbs to go until my BMI is 'ideal' ... not sure if i'll get there in one month but i may set myself the task in the new thread we'll see... any names for it yet?

Hi Ladies,

Well, I am ok about it, as was very bold over christmas, and ate like a pig, very bad behaviour, and not ok...have to get in the mindset that regardless of it being Christmas, it is never ok to eat until you feel sick.

Anyway, I certainly didn't get away with it, as am 179 today...which gives me an overall GAIN for the month of December of 3lbs.
But back in the saddle, hoping it will come off fairly quick.
Who is up for keeping track in the new thread, I will if no one else who hasn't done it before wants to...

Shall I do it as penance for having disappeared for months?

I promise not to disappear gain and leave you all stranded :o

So, I weighed in at 202lbs. Not much of a loss, but I'm just glad I haven't gained. I basically took this month off, sadly...

I promise I'll be much better with actually sticking to the diet, and thus not being ashamed weighing myself for the new thread...
