What Did You Notice First?

  • I've been on the Rosemary Conley plan since 28th February and have lost 9lb so far.

    I've only just started noticing my weight loss, in a number of ways. In order of appearance:
    1. My knickers actually fit, instead of hanging around under my belly!
    2. My face and neck are thinner when viewed from the side.
    3. My rings are now slipping around my fingers, instead of just staying put.

    What are the first changes you noticed when you started to lose weight?
  • My face and my rings spinning.
  • my knickers fell down the other day not my jeans, just my pants, and i was outside so i couldn't pull them up! so i walked the rest of the way home with my jeans on perfectly, concealing my pants which were now round my thighs. hugely embarresing, even though no one could see, i still got paranoid that they could somehow tell! time for some smaller pants me thinks
  • I usually notice if I have one less chin!
  • i noticed my face, bum and hips were smaller and that my jeans were more comftable x
  • i've only lost 4 pounds so far, but combined with the exercise i've noticed my cheek bones are starting to reappear and my love handles are getting less wobbly thanks to the vibroplate! i also don't seem to be carrying as much fluid in my hands and feet. whats next can't wait to find out... i was being a little bit too optimistic and tried on some jeans that i've been waiting to fit into, well i can at least get them up my thighs now but the belly bulge won't let me close them.. o well a few more weeks/pounds and we shall see.

  • mine was my knickers they are to big then my jeans needed a belt, then the men point out my looks
    its such a good feeling when you notice and even better when other people do.

  • I cant notice anything on my actually body, but my belt loop have gone down when i wear my jeans x x
