Just Ate My Last Cheeto
 

Nothing to brag about but I ate all the things I thought I was missing tonight. I won't list them but I guess I got it out of my system. I'm going to try and get back on my plan again. I'm new here and just trying to get to know folks here so I hope somebody will say something or hi or anything to me. Bye.

Hi Roundwoman, I know the feeling!! It just makes us feel worse when we do things like that doesn't it. Just forget about what you have done and get back into it. It's over it's history, the future is what matters, just think how you will feel this time next year, or next month for that matter!!
