free gym!
 

hey guys, just letting you know that there is a new, free outdoor gym where I live in tooting. Has anyone else seen these around? they are fluoro green!
I am assuming that it is all resistance equipment, but I'll let you know after I get back from giving it a go today. What a good idea! I don't have to worry about not being able to afford a gym membership!

Lucky you. I wish I lived near a free gym. Gyms in London are sooo expensive.

Yes! There's one at the Aden Country Park in Mintlaw, Aberdeenshire and it's AHMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZING!

It's like a 40 minute drive from my house but if I could I would go there every day.

Definitely go and use it, it's lots of fun.

oh sounds like it could be fun - but what do you do on wet days?
