Since trying to loose weight what have you found you have swapped in your diet to prevent cravings while reducing calories?
Mine is i switch bread for crackerbread as each slice of bread has around 140cals and a crackerbread has only 19 so alot of calories saved!
To go with this crackerbread i have also switched from utterly butterly to flora extra light saving over 30 calories in each spread of butter!
