Sick to death of myself ... and slow cooker question
Hi everyone
Well as you can see I have finally "snapped" and decided that I want/need/have to do something about losing the weight that is making me feel miserable. About 21 lbs.
I've been trying in fits and starts over the past few weeks, but figure if I have some help and support on a forum like this - not to mention the accountability of having to 'fess up etc - then it might finally happen.
The silly thing is I know what I have to do - I've been the gym junkie and done Weight Watchers before. It's just a matter of putting it together!!! Lazy girl.
I weighed myself yesterday morning on the way into work at the nearby Boots, on their weight machine. I figure 50p a week is a small investment to get an accurate idea of how I'm going.
So I've started tracking my points again today (and writing it down!). Which leads me to my slow cooker question...
I've popped some chicken breasts in it today with some yummy moroccan sauce to add to cous cous for work lunches. Would anyone have any ideas how many points I should count for the sauce?
I worked out before I put it in that it's 3 points, but because I'm not eating the chicken as a stew or anything, obviously when I take the breasts out I will be throwing away most of the sauce.
Any ideas, help, suggestions, kicks up the you-know-what will be appreciated.
Thanks
