Urgh had three glasses of wine last night then 2 lagers I am very bad person people offering me alcohol is evil I tell you and I was all prepared with mineral water and pepsi sigh

Keep trying Veggie. I had one dry week and one very boozey week. Keep telling myself they balance each other out.

Am very proud of myself tonight. Was at my friends and she was trying to ply me with wine, but I resisted. Did really fancy a glass as well, but I knew that once we opened the bottle we would have talked and drank until it was finished. Was a 1.5 litre bottle, so would have been a lot of points.

Weighed into night, only gained 2lbs, after my way off programm weekend. Not as bad as I thought. Need to screw the heid now and get it off again by Tuesday.
