Exercise programmes

OK I'll be blunt!

I am utterly useless at working out a programme that works for me! I have CFS and just don't seem to be able to remember that I'm not an aerobics instructor anymore, am utterly unfit and have lost all of my motivation to get up and goet on with it - so I get my own programme wrong, embarrasingly wrong!

But I have a whole heap of expertise that I'm just not using at the moment! I only have 2 paying clients and they are in back pain clinic, so it's all very different!

I thought that if I start thinking about other people's wants and needs for weight loss exercise I might just be able to key back into myself! Selfish of me I know, but I am desperate to get exercising again!

So I wondered if anyone would like an on-line consult - open here, PMd or emailed?

If anyone wants me to I'll quite happily show you my certs and where you can find me as a registered Boxercise Instructor and Fitness Leader, the College I work in as a Sports lecturer :o so you will know I am qualified and insured and all of that!

But I am just as prepared for you all to tell me to go away!

Or I could just start posting up 10 minute sessions for those with little or no equipment!

What do you think? Am I being a bit too pushy?
