Well I got weighed for the first time in ages today.

I've gained 8lb...I've gone from 86.1kg to 90.1kg in like 6 weeks. How horrendous is that.

I'm truly disgusted with myself.

Don't be disgusted at yourself, that's too strong a word. You are not disgusting, you've just taken your eye off the ball.

8lbs in 6 weeks? pfft! I can do 11lbs in a fortnight, with no strain at all.

You've got weighed, you've had the reality check - now's the time to get a grip and start checking up on yourself again. I lost 107lbs - and regained 89 by not bothering to weigh. Don't be me! This is your chance to roll the weight back again!

Worry looks around, sorry looks back, but faith looks up....courage doesnt alway roar sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying...tomorrow is another day....

Put your weight gain behind you hun, start again tomorrow, tomorrow you will be the weight you are but it will be the last time you will see them numbers on the scales....next week you will be lighter....keep goining dont let the fat win....
