I have been doing so well since i started this attempt and was disappointed to get on the scales today to find a 2lb increase since last Saturday - I have been an angel with what I am eating and the amount of exercising I am doing....ho hum

BUT then I tried on some trousers which have been a bit tight of late and was pleased to see a bit of bagginess around the legs, bum and waist. WILL KEEP GOING!! :dizzy:

ps thought I would add a little picture of me - taken on holiday about two weeks ago.....

That's great that your trousers are looser on you! That is a great thing and definitely means you are doing well. Our weight can fluctuate for all kinds of reasons but the fact that you are feeling looser in your trousers proves that you are losing where it matters. Don't be disheartened because you are obviously doing a great job! :D

Thanks B&B - will stay off the scales now until next Sunday and in between now and then I will be very good x

Dieting can be so frustrating! I've stayed the same on the scales for the past 3 weeks, and I have been really good, but I feel better and healthier, and clothes feel looser too. However I cannot keep off the scales and was 3lb lighter a few days ago so its really weird, I seem to weight heavy on my official weigh-in day!!

Keep at it, they reckon that waist size is the biggest health factor rather than what scales say so if clothes are looser it must be working.
