I've been wondering about how I'm going to get rid of my 'muffin top' as well
, and hoping that it simply goes down as you lose weight. I have never had any children (though hoping to get pregnant with 2-3 years) and although my belly hangs over, I don't have any stretch marks (yet). Does anyone know if if it DEFINITELy goes down as you lose weight? I'm about 1/3 of the way towards my goal and whilst my tummy has been going down, the rest of me is shrinking faster. No matter how much weight I lose each week, I am always brought back down to earth when I look at my overhanging tummy
. Makes me VERY depressed. I think that's because for women, a flat (or toned) tummy is the ultimate in sexiness and a good indicator of overall good health. I think this is the case even with women who are not necessarily very small or slim. Any thoughts on this? Am I simply being too hard on myself?
