1 year+ and it gets worse
 

Hello All.

Not sure if any of the old UKFCs are still around, but here I am back again!

It has been a year or so of feeling slow, sluggish and incapable of doing anything but work.

Worse my weight has bounced up a whole stone and the chronic anaemia and CFS is not letting up!

Still, now the sun is here hopefully I shall be able to get on with some slowly garded exercise.

I have a Wii - so that might help!

Anyway. Just popping oin to say hi and to see who is still around!

Promise to self: this is the year I will succeed!

I'm still around :) (occasionally) :lol: and I feel exactly the same as you :( I think i'm back at my all time high and feeling :yawn: all the time :shrug: the worst thing is I have a physically demanding job so i'm not in the mood to do any exercise when I get home :( yesterday I was looking at Jillian Michaels website (Biggest Loser) I think she is fantastic!! Anyway, she has a game for the Wii and it looks so much fun that i'm thinking of buying a Wii just to use it!! :lol3: I don't know if anyone else is still around as i've not been here for ages myself. If you're around Veggie "Hi" and hope to hear from everyone soon :wave:

Well aren't we the naughty ones! Not popping in as much as we used to.. and if we're truthful, when we came here on a regular basis, didn't we all get smaller? I think we did!
SO....hi oldies..hi newbies (don't want you to think I'm ignoring you) we need to get back on track.
For the record, Ilove Jillian too...and I have a Biggest loser workout DVD and it kicks arse!
