weight to go diet?
 

Hi everyone

is anyone out there doing the weight to go diet?

i have never done this diet before and saw it advertised in the celiacs magazine, and decided to research it up. i was pleased with what i saw and read and decided to buy a weeks supply.

i did day 1 and the next day ventured on the scales to check the diet was working to be shocked that 5lbs had disappeared. i have stuck to the diet and i have just completed day 3.

im loving all the food finding it really easy and all the food tastes lovely. all in all i would give this 10/10.

cant wait to see what my first weeks weight loss is.

would be great to hear from anyone doing this diet or anyone else doing something simular

I've never heard of it personally although it sounds interesting!

Just as a side note I'm a Bristol girl, but I live in London now because of uni!

Have you got any particularly good links for places to go to?!
