hi im 30 years old from fife in scotland iv got 3 kids who i love with all my heart shame i didnt feel that about myself since i had my last 2 kids(final actually...sterelized now!) iv put on so much weight i cant stand to look at myself really needing some help and support feel like iv been on every diet going with no results HEEEEELLLLLPPPP!!!! x

Ello Trixie. What's your plan this time round then? Diet and exercise-wise, I mean? I'm back here too - lost 40lb 3 years ago but regained about 20lb after my dad died. Am getting back on track (slowly) and first time round, found this place was a great motivation.

Welcome, I used this site regularly and then got out of the habit. I could
do with losing a stone, I have kept about four of it off though so all is not lost
for me. Like you I had tried loads of times to lose weight, but something this time clicked with me. You can do it Triixie I know it.
