TANKINIS look smashing also chi chi, you can but sarongs anywhere and everywhere now, pri mark? do you have one close by? they are doiung really nice ones and there cheap too so it doesnt matter if you get drunk and discard it :s: i knowwww about these holidays i watched club reps!!!:lol:

i will be heading staright for primark to see if i can get them around my size 18 body, what is the chance of that?? I think someone told me on here that the sarongs in Evans are larger than average, hope so anyway!!

my sarong is from M & S..it was £7..navy w/ turquoise bits and a bit of fringing stuff ..i know navy is boring but it matches my swimming cozzy! Pink is sooo now dahlings that I fancied a pink glittery one..but I think pink is better reserved for tops @ the mo Now you've all got me thinking about those tankini thingy's. I may have to go and try some on, but did they specially design shop changing room lights to make cellulite look its absolute worst?? just the thought of seeing it reflected in those mirrors is enough to send me off for some cheesecake oh yea, I checked my bmi its 31. I am obese ( I didnt really need to know my bmi to realize i am obese!!) Jen |

TQ, you mentioned that Carol had made a great plan, can you tell me on which thread it is as i´m trying to get a basic plan drawn up for when I come back from my hols. Jen, If I were you, i´d just go on my hols and enjoy yourself, exactly like what i´m going to do and start the diet when you get back. Might see you on the weigh-in thread. Fusie |

Well here is my master plan. Am in the process of re motivating myself so it was good I've re read the plan
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well the plan is drawn and the story is writ. My first goal is to get to 14 stone, 26lbs away - how approx I don't know I haven't been on the scales. I have loosely set myself a timescale of having reached that by the time the schools go back in August. I am going to weigh in on a Sunday from now on. I am also going to measure myself on the 1st of every month and log the stats in a spreadsheet. I am going to eat 1500 cals a day, with an extra allowance of 250 on a Saturday. Anything above that must be saved. Cheese and a little alcohol are weekend treats only. Crisps are strictly ration too, not a packet every day or 2 or 3 as used to happen. Chocolate is a recent fad of mine - I never used to eat adn I will be strictly watching how much of it I eat now. I am going to exercise for 30 mins a day and have a walk either in a Saturday or a Sunday. I am going to get back to swimming once a week - pool shut this week and next Monday (only night I can go) is a holiday so it's shut then too. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I just need to get back in the habit of planning everything and writing everything down. |
