Help!
Hi!
I'm needing a bit of inspiration- I've been ill for a month now- nothing serious, just a nasty cold that won't go away, but it's leaving me really run down and tired, i have absolutely no energy and have totally lost any enthusiasm for going to the gym. So what i'm looking for is some ideas for energy boosting/cold busting healthy foods! And a kick in the *** to get down the gym! Any help appreciated! Thanks laura :) |

don't push yourself too hard if you dont feel up for it, but if you do but just need abit of motivation what helps me is trying on a particularly dressy outfit/short skirt and look at myself in the mirror and...that usually does it for me lol :) imagine how you'll look in those clothes after you've lost a few more pounds. also up the vitamin C and dress warmly for the gym (feeling ill and cold are a killer for my motivation, just makes me wanna stay in bed)
