It took America by storm...it's the first food plan club that gives cash rewards for weight loss after a 12 weeks 'school' ...it's being sponsored by Herbalife although you don't have to take Herbalife products to get involved! Everyone pays around 20 pounds to register, you then get weighed and photographed and for the next 12 weeks you settle down for 45 minute Nutrition and Protein lessons. The registration money is shared by 3 or 4 winners (less a small amount for club administration) and could be as much as £150 for first prize, £90 for second and £60 for third prize. Each 'school' will only have 20 participants so it will be a nice and relaxed affair. we now have the registration fee which is £30 for the 12 weeks school...three winners receive £300, £200 and £100 based on 30 people in the group. There will be no more than thirty in the group. The one local to me will be at Tavistock Court Lounge, Queen Street Bedford on a Wednesday evening between 7pm and 8pm starting on the 28th October. The coaches will support any healthy weight loss plan during the 'school'. you need to register for the challenge with a lady named Delia who can be reached on 07519 149333. Hi..a bit more feedback for you...I have a meeting with Weight Loss Challenge organisers on the 25th and 26th of this month when hopefully i will be able to return with some definite dates for you all.
In the meantime the Bedford Challenge has started registering and as there are only 30 places I would really not leave it to the last minute...I'm in!
