OK here's a close up just to prove I really did cut my hair short. next tiem I add some colour, found five grey hairs the other day is starting to get worrying.

Only problem with this photo is it's too close up, can see my wonky teeth and watery eyes from too much wine last night - the eyes not the teeth

Adding a picture takes ages, by the time you get it to the right size, in the right format and so on and so on, but here I am again !!!!

Thank you - you are right Cathy a lot of people are seriously surprised when they find out how heavy I am. One of the woman at work is just over 12 stone and thought we weighed the same, I could of kissed her. Friends have said that I only need to lose a couple of stone and tighten up the muscles,I would look a lot better but I will still be over 12 stone, which can't good for my heart.

The haircut is my 2 stone loss present to myself, I am still 4 pounds short of reaching it but am so confident I will in the next few weeks that I had the present early in time for my holiday.

Am considering doing highlights / streaks (in my hair not at the football) for my 3 stone loss - that is a way off yet so I have lots of time to make the decision.

Finally figured out how to work the program so i can take pics with my camcorder..here's a pic of my "deer" friends :lol:
