Sugar Free!!!
oh low and behold please tell me im not the last to know about this, but ive been eating a lot of "sugar free " gum and drinking loads of diet coke. well ive had a dodgy tummy to say the least:o but it seems that the sweetners used in sugar free gum and also diet coke and many other sugar free products, mainly sorbitol sorbitol contains a substance called phenanylin(sp?) which produces laxative side effects!!!!!!!!!!!! no bloody wonder they help with weight loss:lol: so no more sugar free gum, polos or anything else now for me......even the diet coke is banned from the house , ill do the deed and drink the water
