wen u cant swim

had a bit of a problem last nite in relation to swimming....
the pool had a load of big parties booked....
3 i think....
you cudnt swim at all till u cud see a clear line....
then you just had to go for it....
so i came up with another exercise....
duno how good or bad it is for me....
but i started running in the water....
its hard, but when u do get chance to swim after u push harder n go further....
:P

Love it! I run in the water a lot its a great way to tone your legs!

I agree becasue when I get tired from swimming and don't just want to stop, I just walk up and down sometimes with my hubby so we can talk! He is a fast lane swimmer so I always slow him down in the pool so walking is good :)

i wasnt going to waste money by not being able to swim....
i think we are having a break over the summer while its so busy and starting again in the winter....
