Question R U New Too ????

Hello to all !!

I've recently looked into this site and wanted to say how fab this is

I recently joined WW and have lost half a stone in two weeks. Only another 73Ibs to get to the top end of the BMI scale.

I am married and have two children aged 5 and 3.

I would really love to hear from anyone for encouragement, advice and general girllie chats.

And I would love to know more about this site so tell me more .....

Look forward to my replies and future postings

Mel

Hi Mel

Nice to met you!

I live in a very small village in Yorkshire - which seems to make dieting even more difficult, doesn't it?? Do you have to travel far for your WW class?

3FC is a great site, but us UK chicks who post in UKFC think our little corner here is a bit special. Have a wander round the UKFC threads - we all sort of chat to each other about all sorts of things - and feel free to join in where and when you want. We have got a weekly weigh in thread where a lot of us post our weight loss (or gain!!) and our main 'chat' type thread is called 'Hello from one fat chick in the UK' I think the current number is 12, but there are lots of other threads.

Bye for now

Hi Sarah Ann

It's nice to meet you too!

Yes living in the middle of nowhere does make things a bit difficult. I have to travel 10 miles to my nearest meeting, but then if I want to do anything inc. food shopping it's all 10 miles away! I moved about 2 and a half years ago from a fairly central area to a village with no shops and two pubs ! The way I look at it though is you are never too far from anywhere if you have a car and we are lucky to have a car each or I would of never moved here.

I'm off for another look around this site now

TTFN

Mel x

Same here... I'm ten miles from anywhere as well - but I haven't got a car!!! Luckily we have got a really good bus service (unusual for a small village).

I meant to say, there's a thread called 'Hello, I'm.....' which some of us have posted a bit about ourselves on.

Hi Mel

Please ignore the users who insist on typing FCUK - some people always try and lower the tone

Have fun and as everyone says - jump in anywhere

Smile Hi Mel.

Hi Mel,

I am the granny on here welcome to the Brits end of things. The girls are great here and you will always find help when needed.
I live in Poole Dorset by the beach and tonight it is raining and very windy, you can hear the stones on the beach rolling about as the waves hit. Glad I am indoors.
regards,
Vivienne
