Is Anyone Else
loosing weight but cant see where from?....
with the last stone ive lost i cant see a difference at all.... i am happy numbers are going down, but where the **** they going from!.... grrrr.... |
Yeah, I think it's normal. One day you might just notice it all of sudden as being gone.

I think I notice a little around the waist, but the gut's still there. I just hope it doesn't all leave out of my chest. When I was gaining and would ask my ex if I looked fat, he would say "No, Honey, they look---I mean you look really good.":o

i did not notice the first 3 stone of me loosing. I think its because you are concentrating so hard on your diet, you are watching your body more closely, so change does not seem so obvious. What is best to do is wait a bit longer then crack out some old 'bigger' photos, then start to compare!. I HAVE me at my biggest weight 242 on the biscuit tin lol. I never want to eat cookies again!
