did anyone watch this show? last night on BBC 3

I did, I think she looks cracking now save for the boob job she had makes her look a little off proportion.

I thought it proved that fad diets really don't work and you're much better off with diet and exercise :)

i really liked it to Becky however i was a little irritated that Atkins was lumped in there with maple syrup and cabbage soup diets.

We all know they're stupid but Atkins is the most succesful eating plan in the world, i love it and so do many others.

she even said that its just meat and cheese which it definately isnt!

I thought she looked fabulous, but she has aged with the weight loss..

she did it all the right way, eating healthily and exercising.

I liked it! I felt it was very informative and I could relate to her.

I think she placed atkins in there as some people who 'do atkins' makeup their own way of sausages, cheese and eggs etc

i'm going to get her exercise dvd i reckon.. it looks quite good and i cant afford a gym membership.

im really enjoying my pilates but reckon i could do with something like her DVD its all boxing and stretches to lose weight..

looks awesome to be honest and i really liked her after watching the documentary

speaking of gym membership does anyone here use the pru health subsidised gym memberships? i just finished my first quater on it and got my free usage rates woo hooo free gym!
