I've never known how to take them....
a friend of mine last night said....
'Wheres the rest of you gone?!'....
as far as i am aware ive only lost half a stone since i saw her last....
i did smile sweetly at her for saying it and thank her....

but does anyone else get more spurred on....
like want to achieve so much more....
not for the compliments, but for everyone to realise how far youve come....

so yer thats spurred me on....
new goal is in the ticker....
woop woop, a month of solid hard work....
cud be interesting with a week off towards the end....

yup, I love people noticing and making compliments.
Definitely makes me keep working.

My friend said she saw me yesterday when she was driving past and the first thing she said to me last night was ' omg i saw you down fosseway today, have you lost weight?, you look so much thinner round your belly'.
To have someone else notice even though I've only been going since tuesday and her notice was a real boost, thinking well if she can tell after a few days, imagine 2 weeks or 2 months :D oh and she didn't know I've been trying to get fitter lol
