Online diet Buddy - Gym Buddy
 
Well, as it says in the title really. I am a looking for an online diet buddy and possibly a gym buddy. Im 24 and weighing 11 and a half stone, my goal is ten ideally. I work in the day until half 4, when i come home and exercise for an hour. days a week it was cycling and one day a week it was swimming.

So is there any one thats the same kinda weight that wants to team up for general support and a natter along the way? I figured it would make things easier to talk to someone who understands my thought process and thinks the way about themselves as i do about myself.

Deal! I'm 11 6 and want to get to 10 5. I'm really stuck at the mo, have stayed the same this month. I'm doing WW and go to the gym three times a week and walk a lot too.

I am developing a complex about my belly!! :(

oh brilliant, amost the same weight too.

I have a huge complex about my handles and my thighs - i hate them both. I dont so much mind my bele!

I've been to the gym, for a walk and done a pile of ironing so thats excercise out of the way. Have eaten well today as well. See how long
that lasts!!

good good....
ive cycled for an hour everyday this week except for Tuesday....
ive eaten mostly well, mainly fruit thru the day and a meal in the evening....
going swimming tonight....
am hoping the scales move this week!....
on a side note do you have msn messenger?....

I've been for a walk today. Will go to gym tomorrow. I've decided to stop WW cos I haven't lost any weight for 2 months. Can't see the point at the mo.

well i started the week ok....
missed cycling on Monday due to bf commitments....
Tuesday and Wednesday gone well tho....
still eating my fruit regularly....
hows you doing?....
