I think everyone's best diet program is individual thing. Personally, I count calories and try to keep my daily intake between 1200 and 1400, and watch my fat intake. I know a lot of people who do many many different programs who have had amazing results. The best thing is probably to do some research and figure out what program will work with your schedule, lifestyle, income, and most importantly you can get motivated about and stick to!
