omg i just realised i only have 1lb left to make my mini target........and we are still in feb, did i set it to low maybe?anyways we will soon see next friday when i weigh in again , im still convinced my scales are playing tricks on me and they will go back above 15 st , cant remember when i was last under 15 :smug:

I don't think I am going to make my mini target for February which was to lose a half stone between 2nd Feb and 2nd March! I have only lost 5lbs so far and I haven't been very 'good' this week... so I don't really expect to lose any. Basically there was just not enough month and too much food!

Oh well.... better luck next month!
