Hi,
I'm new here as I was looking for diet support for the last few pounds. Am shedding with good old calorie counting and exercise and so far it's worked:carrot: Unfortunately I have lately put on 13 pounds due to being ill, bored and housebound. And now I want it off again to reach my goal... so near but so far:shrug: Take care all and I hope we can all support each other! :) |
