:D Hi i'm new to this site , really need some advice. started taking reductil 3 weeks ago , changed my diet , exercised etc weighed myself 2days ago scales said i'd lost half a stone . weigh in with gp today according to his scales i've
not lost a thing asked him for the 15mg instead , he wont give them me unless i lose 4lb by my next weigh in which is next week . advice please feel really gutted.

Hi Kindy, welcome to UKFC...don't worry about the scales at the docs not showing a loss, they didn't show a gain, did they :)

Losing four pounds by next week for a higher dosage is possible, but all I can advise is to do a bit more exercise and watch your carbs...we're here for you lovey.
