Has anyone tried this. It is supposed to give you energy and stop you wanting to eat so much.

I've just got some (about £3.00 for 20) and I'm going to give them a go.

Does no one know anything about this product.

Well I was waiting for all the "oh no, don't because of... this reason.. that reason etc etc" well they didn't come so I took one at 9.30am with my breakfast ( 1 weetabix). I felt fine so I took another with 1 sandwich at mid-day. Its now 3.00pm and I don't feel hungry at all. I haven't felt the rush of energy that was promised but I didn't take the dosage recommended, I thought I would start off gently.

I am concerned that I may not sleep if I take too many or too late in the day, so for the time being I will take it slowly and experiment with my dosage.

I will be sure to let you all know if it works.

Hubby has just asked if I want a Kit-Kat - I almost took his head off!!

How is it going? I have heard of it before as an ingredient in something or other, sounds interesting, it would be so easy if I didn't feel so Hungry!! I keep telling myself I am not hungry just wanting to eat:dizzy:
